The "equvalent" channel at TUV is not enabled by default.

If you want to always get all sl-fastbugs updated by default when they are
released then modify the "sl-fastbugs" entry 
in /etc/yum.repos.d/sl-other.repo 
and change enabled=0 to enabled=1 for that entry .
