Pay attention to what happens in Fedora. When it arrives there, then
the odds for seeing it in a future RHEL release is increased dramatically.
There are no generic statistics which you can pull out numbers from.
The reason is that it depends on a lot of factors, such as complexity,
usefullness, necessity and Red Hat's customer demands.
If it's considered a necessity and paying customers are really pushing
for a new feature, it may even be particular features arrives in a minor
release, unless it is too complex to backport. Otherwise, if's
consiedered usefull or a necessity, it may come in a future major release.
But the only thing which gives you somewaht of a clue is to pay attenion
to what happens in Fedora. If it doesn't show up here at all, it's
almost for sure it won't reach RHEL. Fedora is the playground where new
feature are tested out in a bigger scale.
