This may be the wrong place, but it is what I could find quickly.  It appears that the main Scientific Linux website (http://www.scientificlinux.org/, https://www.scientificlinux.org/) is down, possibly with a configuration or disk problem.  It is giving "error code 500, Message: internal server error" on all accesses.
