Yes, it is the old jpackage wrapper (modified), and that wrapper
actually packages these in a way compatible with all other Java versions
we have on SL(C)/CentOS/RHEL 5/6/7 systems (openjdk/sun/oracle/ibm,
1.5,1.6,1.7 and 1.8).

(BTW: these 1.8 packages are not up to date, new versions will be
released soon)
