Hi,
It looks like it was removed.  I don't know the reason's why.  It looks 
like there was the 'old' itcl, and the 'new' itcl.  Although it doesn't 
look like it forked, just changed web pages and such.  I don't know why 
RedHat took it out unless they were still looking at the 'old' itcl 
which hasn't been updated since 2001.

If you do a rpm -qi itcl (on your S.L. 3.0.2 machine) you will see that 
it points to the web page at

http://incrtcl.sourceforge.net/

But a better page is

http://incrtcl.sourceforge.net/itcl/
