Take this as a rule:

If it's not in RHELX.X, it won't be in SLX.X (unless specified explicitly)
If it's in RHELX.X it will be in SLX.X (unless not OSS licence)

Specifically in your case, if it's in RHELX.X, it won't be in RHELX.(X-1) ;)
