For EL-6/EL-5, you'd have to port preupgrade and not fedup. but more
than simply porting the preupgrade package (and it might not be
possible for El-5 because preupgrade started out in Fedora 8 - IIRC -
and might need versions of anaconda and other packags that are
unavailable in EL-5), you'd also have to have an anaconda upgrade
image for preupgrade to pull in to "/boot". It' more than simply
grabbing a few Fedora SRPMs and rebuilding them...
