It does not.  Only the selector field
(left hand side) allows multiple selectors
with a separator.  One action (right hand
side) per line.

No idea why it's not orthogonal, but it
isn't.  As far as I can recall, it never
has been.  That's standard in the Unix
world, not just with Linux.
