There is no "kernel-source" rpm on S.L. 4.x.  You'll need to talk to the 
RedHat developers about that one.
There IS a kernel-devel for each of the kernels (kernel-devel, 
kernel-smp-devel)
There is ALSO a kernel-xxx-src.rpm.  Which has an easily modified spec 
file and configure files, AND, the full kernel source, if you really 
really need it.
This is documented in the release notes.
