For the record, for one reason or another my usual procmailrc filter
* (^TO|^Reply-To:.*|^CC:.*)([log in to unmask]@fnal.gov)
doesn't catch these announcements (in the past, too). So it went through
spam filters and such and arrived to INBOX instead of going directly to
sl-users mailbox. Not sure if this filter string is to blame or
announcements are really missing all these headers...

I just thought that similar thing might happen to others so not everyone
notices these announcements off-the-list.
