Yes the newer drives can read DVD-Dual Layer but the media to burn 
DVD-Dual Layer is much more expensive.

Then just download the INSTALL vs the Everything DVD image as this is what 
TUV ships.

We used revisor so that if we did not provide the "media" that you need 
then you can make your own.
