Hi,

In recent days I have had trouble accessing the rsync server, eg:

  rsync -n rsync.scientificlinux.org::
  rsync: read error: Connection reset by peer (104)
  rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(759) [receiver=3.0.6]

Is there any known issue with the server?

In the past I have received the "too many clients" error at times when
the server is presumably busy, but this seems to be something different.
