I totally forgot about the cms part.
The problem is that it's a TLA, and can mean many things.

Doing a

   yum --enablerepo=* list "*cms*"

Brings up
   lcms
But doing a "yum info" on lcms let's you know that it is a

Color Management System

Which has the right letters, but I'm pretty sure not what you want.
