I have it too, and it's really funny. It doesn't crash, just
doesn't display anything on the monitor. Wait for cdrom to stop
working (to be sure it done it's loading job), then press TAB
and SPACE for not checking SHA sums.
Dialog window IS there, You just can't see it.
