I cannot seem to find the SRPM for the latest RHEL6 kernel release:

  kernel-2.6.32-131.21.1.el6.src.rpm

Perhaps it was forgotten to be uploaded into here:

  ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6.1/SRPMS/vendor/
