Not near an SL5 box at the moment, IIRC its in the yumex-applet package. 
See what this returns...
# rpm -qa | sort -f > ~/rpmqa.log
# grep -i rhn-applet ~/rpmqa.log
# grep -i yum-applet ~/rpmqa.log
# grep -i yumex ~/rpmqa.log
# yum search yumex

No yumex-applet? Was it removed, renamed or merged with another package 
in SL5?
