how to make bootable installation CDs

This is a basic question, but I couldn't find it in the SL docs or archiv
es...

I am trying to install SL 4.5. I have downloaded and stored to local hard

drive 5 files: SL.45.*.discN.iso, N=1,..,5
If I simply drag these to a blank CD icon, I don't seem to get a bootable
 CD.
How to make the bootable installation CDs ?
