The adobe flash plugin is about the only one that runs "reliably". The
alternatives gnash and one other I can't remember only cover some of
the features. Beyond that since Adobe has dropped developing it for
Linux, the alternative is to run Google Chrome with a built
in/"up-to-date" one.
