Intel graphics?

I don't normally buy new kit, but even so I regularly find Intel
graphics a challenge.

None of Tikanga beta, FC6 beta, SLES10, SLED10 and openSUSE could handle
an Optiplex GX270 in X, and Debian was an even worse debacle at the time.

By the time I buy a computer, everything else "just works."
