Hi all,

    production release CMSSW_1_4_3g483 is available and installed
at CERN for slc4_ia32_gcc345.

This release is meant to validate the Geant 4 8.3 release in the
CMSSW environment.

The package TrackPropagator/Geant4e has been removed from this
release with respect to release CMSSW_1_4_3.

Please do not respond to this posting with problem reports about
this release or requests for a 1_4_X, but use instead one of the
normal "Discussions" forums (savannah and hypernews) for such
