Hi all,

Production release CMSSW_1_4_7 is available, for slc3_ia32_gcc323 alone.
This slc3_ia32_gcc323 build of CMSSW_1_4_7 is also installed at CERN.
The global tag is still being applied and should be available in a few
hours. Meanwhile addpkg works as normal.

This release contains the following changes with respect to CMSSW_1_4_6:

IOPool/Streamer  V04-04-03-08
Utilities/RFIOAdaptor  V00-05-05

These tags add LFN support, extra RFIO error
checks, and fixes for the RFIO retry bug to release 1_4_5 needed in
Tier0 conversion of test beam data.
