Downtime Thursday September 18 , 6 AM to 6 PM
All USCMS Tier1 + LPC computing nodes affected.

There  is a Grid Computer Building power outage scheduled for  
September 18.  Due to the nature of the work,
it is impossible to run the building on generators during this period.

Essentially all the computing infrastructure will be down during this  
time, include worker nodes, LPC interactive
nodes, developer nodes, and storage nodes.

We plan on using this period to upgrade several services before  
releasing them back to the user community, but
we will try to put everything back into service as soon as power  
becomes available.   We expect most services  to
be partially available by noon.
