We are planning a major upgrade of all grid workers to LTS303 (Fermized
Scientific Linux 3) during this Thursday's downtime.  At the same time, we
will be adding IBRIX clients to all workers, and adding dCache pools on
the data disk.

This upgrade includes all cmswnNNN and hotdogNN worker nodes.

This upgrade does not include any servers, any nodes in the UAF, or any
part of the dCache.  We will be doing these in upcoming weeks.

We are also re-deploying IBRIX servers into a global final test mode
before declaring it back in production.  This means IBRIX will not be
available during the downtime either.
