Upgrade to condor 6.7.19, and add condor groups

Remove IBRIX home areas for OSG grid submissions

Reconfigure LSI power

Reconfigure /var cmslcgce and cmsosge

Upgrade infortrend firmware

Install new disk in cmssrv07 web server
